Surrounded by wheat scent and countryside flavours you will learn about the different varieties of Sicilian grains, the life stage of the plants, the seeding, growth and harvest, then how to use them at their best. The visit ends with a beans-based lunch, being beans the basic ingredients of the farmer’s diet.
